Yes you can, sign in and access your personal reservations, invoice and history of usage. You can also make changes to your profile.
An easy solution is to be sure to check for availability on the mobile app prior to going to a station. If you are at a station and there are no vehicles, all BlueIndy rental kiosks are linked. Present your badge at the kiosk. It will then guide you to nearby stations that have a car available. At that time you can reserve a car for a period of 30 minutes, after which time the car must be used or reservation canceled to avoid incurring a $5 penalty fee.
There are several options for locating the nearest available parking spot. Access the mobile app or use the touch screen in your car to find the nearest station with an available spot. If you still have trouble, please contact the call center by pushing the blue button in the Bluecar for assistance.
Please contact BlueIndy by logging into your account, access the message center, choose from the drop down menu to notify us of the badge loss.
Reservations that are not going to be used must be canceled to avoid any penalty charges. Your reservation lasts 30 minutes. If you don’t cancel within these 30 minutes, a $5 fee will be charged to your account.
Becoming a member is easy. Simply go online, download the mobile app or visit an enrollment kiosk (which are at select BlueIndy stations) to join! Membership options can be paid for via credit card or bank account draft.
* Yearly Memberships can be purchased at an Enrollment Kiosk or through our website or mobile app. Daily, Weekly, and Monthly membership options must be obtained by visiting an Enrollment Kiosk (these memberships will not be mailed to your home).
